- Request to cancel this solicitation for DOJ Criminal Division which no longer a requirement for the agency as of July 19, 2013. The Department of Justice-Criminal Division's Office of Administration is seeking information on a comprehensive, customized, and integrated human resource automated system that will support the following core functions of the Office. •· Development, routing, tracking, and implementation of Requests for Personnel Actions (SF-52s), •· Total staffing solution that meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as, requirements by Executive Order: •o Position classification •o Vacancy announcement builder •o Vehicle for competitive and excepted recruitment •o Talent management •· Time and Attendance system that supports all foreign and domestic duty stations, as well as, assigns appropriate funding codes. •· Workforce management, organization charting, maps to positions in payroll and staffing system. •· Employee training and development tracking system. •· Performance management system that maps to position description and strategic plan. •· Records management. System aids in Official Personnel Folder review and maintenance. •· System must have standard and ad-hoc reporting capability.
