Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source order to Chalk and Wire Learning Assessment, Inc., located at1565 Point Abino Rd S., Ridgeway, OH Los 1N0 Canada. The requirement provides for the procurement of ePortfolio License Renewal (including support and maintenance) for a Chalk and Wire Portfolio System. Chalk and Wire Learning Assessment, Inc., is the sole provider of the ePortfolio License Renewal and has no known authorized any resellers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Potential offerors that can provide the above service shall give written notification to the Contracting Officer not later than July 26, 2013, 2:00 p.m. Responses may be sent via email to tdc0@cdc.gov or to the address shown in this notice. No solicitation will be issued. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
