Description

Draft BSM RFP RFI Word Document The purpose of this Request for Information is to help the Government improve the Request for Proposals, which is to acquire a complete and integrated implementation of BSM architecture processes and tool set. The implementation shall follow the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 for integration and deployment at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). These services should be tailored under the delivery orders in response to Request for Quotes under this Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The objective is to obtain efficiencies of operation, improved quality of services, reduced costs, and implement the following ITIL framework areas: 1 Improve USDA provided BSM services 2 Reduce costs to provide USDA BSM services 3 Provide a unified approach to USDA BSM service delivery 4 Improve both internal and external customer satisfaction 5 Leverage current manpower skills and experience
