(2) revises the Specifications for the Bladders (3)Refer to Attachment 4 for AmendedSolicitation7-19 requirements (4)Refer to Attachment 5 for RevisedBladderPricingSheet7-19 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation W911SR-BLADDERS is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (attachment1) are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. The Government intends to award a single award, Firm Fixed Price Contract for the items identified below (which are also contained in the attachment 2 quote mark BladderPricingSheetFinal quote mark ).
