- Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all necessary uniforms, maintenance, care and treatment, transportation and inspections to lease and service (launder, repair, replace) Flame Retardant clothing for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, Chillicothe OH, 45601 in accordance with Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide eleven sets of clothing for seventeen (17) employees at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Clothing may be either two piece or single (coverall) based on individual preference. Contractor shall ensure all uniforms provided are of proper fit for each individual using any approved method (measuring, size sampling, etc.). Performance Period: Base Year and 4 Option Periods
