- AWARD NOTICE: The EPA Region 10, Superfund Technical Assessment Response Team (START) IV contract for services within the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska, solicitation SOL-R7-13-00006, has been awarded. The successful offeror was Ecology and Environment, Inc., out of Lancaster, NY. Contract EP-S7-13-07 was awarded in the amount of $50,457,465.00, inclusive of the two possible award terms, and exclusive of the 50% option increase CLINs in the case of Catastrophic Events.
