- Revised Drawing Sheet 8 Revised Drawing Sheet 6 Revised Construction Specifications Site Showing Questions and Answers Pre-Bid Sign In Roster SF-30 for the Amendment This is amendment is issued to provide copies of the Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Showing Sign In Roster, current questions and answers, and post revised construction specifications and sheet 6 and 8 of the drawings. Details of changes: Drawing Sheet 8: 1. Note 4 has been modified for the placement of excess road removal material at the south end of the ingress/egress (access ramp) instead of placing it in the ditch upstream of ditch plug 8. 2. The access ramp is shown and labeled on the drawing. Drawing Sheet 6: 1. 200 feet has been removed from the Structure Removal 240 ft - 6 in pipe length in Field 8. 2. A label has been added for Structure Removal 150 ft - 12 in CMP in Field 9. Specification 3 Structure Removal - B. Bid Item 2, Structure Removal - Added (2) Structure Removal may begin on or after August 19, 2013 and shall be completed by June 30, 2014. C. Bid Item 3, Tile Breaks - Added (3) Broken clay tile pieces larger than 3 inches in diameter shall be removed and disposed of offsite. Broken clay tile pieces less than 3 inches in diameter may be mixed will with earthfill material prior to compaction, and placed according to Construction Specification 23 Earthfill. Add (4) Tile Breaks may begin on or after May 1, 2014 and shall be completed by June 30, 2014. Specification 6 Seeding, Sprigging & Mulching - A. Sub Item Seeding - Added (4) A temporary seeding of oats shall be performed between September 30 to October 25 at a rate of 96 lbs/ac or 2 lbs/1000 sf. Specification 8 Mobilization & Demobilization A Bid Item 1 Mob & Demob - Added to (2) Demobilization shall also include repairing damage to existing drives. Added to (4) and repair of damaged existing drives. Specification 21 Excavation - B. Bid Item 4 Shallow Water Wildlife Areas - Added (2) Shallow Water Wildlife Area 1 may being on or after August 19, 2013. The Shallow Water Wildlife Areas providing earthfill for the Ditch Plugs shall be done concurrently with the Ditch Plugs beginning on or after May 1, 2014. All Shallow Water Wildlife Areas shall be completed by June 30, 2014. C. Bid Item 10, Road Removal - Added (2) Road Removal may begin on or after May 1, 2014 and shall be completed by June 30, 2014. D. Bid Item 11, Microtopography - Added (2) The microtopography shall be completed by October 31, 2013. Specification 23 Earthfill - B. Bid Item 5 Ditch Plugs - Added (3) Ditch Plugs may begin on or after May 1, 2014 and shall be completed by June 30, 2014. Specification 46 Drain Tile - A. Bid Item Drain Tile - Added (2) The installation of the drain tile shall be completed by September 27, 2013. Specification 451 Well Decommissioning - A. Bid Item 8 Well Decommissioning - Added (6) The installation of the wells shall be completed by September 27, 2013. Specification 61 Rock Riprap - A. Bid Item Rock Chutes - Added (7) The installation of the rock chutes shall be completed by September 27, 2013. Specification 92 Field Fence - A. Bid Item Field Fence - Added (7) The installation of the fence and gates shall be completed by September 27, 2013. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
