- Brand Name Justification Letter Statement of Work SF 1449 Solicitaiton This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5205-13-T-A008; this solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-66, DPN 20130522, and AFAC 2013-0327. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5895. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3699. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for MOTOROLA parts. Please see attached brand name J&A for further information. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to make delivery and installation of MCC 7500 Dispatch Consoles for Misawa AB bldg 3003 in accordance with the commercial and industry practices. Please see attached SOW for full requirements, as well as a breakdown of required CLIN's. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL CLIN'S TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: CCP DDJC Joaquin Consolidation & Container Pt., Bldg 30 Tracy, CA 95376 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: A) TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY - All offers must meet the requirements as set forth in this combined synopsis/solicitation. B) PRICE - The price proposed by the offeror will be included as part of the evaluation. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
