- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed price contract for construction of ATV trail, installation of two wood trail bridges, aggregate surfacing, stream reclamation, trail obliteration and Buck & Pole fence construction. Project is located in Lawrence and Pennington Counties, South Dakota, Black Hills National Forest. Project schedule of items consists of a base quote with one option line item quote. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contract time is 150 calendar days from issuance of a notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 and the associated small business size is $33.5 million. Construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $150,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
