NEA Request For Proposal 13-3 (Arts Data Repository) July 22, 2013 Reference: Arts Data Repository Subject: Request For Proposal (RFP) 13-13 Dear Prospective Offeror: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 6. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) invites contractors to submit proposals for the services described in the attached statement of work and request for proposal (RFP). Enclosed you will find a statement of work/solicitation seeking proposals to create an arts data repository. QUESTIONS DEADLINE : Questions concerning this proposal must be submitted only via email to chaudhryu@arts.gov by 5:00 PM EST Thursday, 8 August, 2013. PROPOSALS DEADLINE : Proposals must be submitted only via email to chaudhryu@arts.gov by 5:00 PM EST Thursday, 29 August 2013. This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any costs incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal.
