- How to apply Evalution factors Wage determination 52.212-3 Offerors Reps and Certs 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Request for quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is 13-239-SOL-00028 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 and may be obtained in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The Department of Health & Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for Pickup and disposal of medical / infectious waste services. The Government intends to make an award without discussion therefore the initial quotation shall contain the offeror's best price. The quoted price shall be all inclusive. Contract type: firm-fixed price Period of performance: The Government intends to award Base year + 4 options. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government anticipates the award of one contract as a result of this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation and is determined to be the overall best value and most advantageous to the Government.
