- Procurement of three (3) cockpit academic procedural tool (CAPTs) to fulfill support of the Foreign Military Sales branch of the Utility Helicopters Project Office (UHPO) in prototype development. System Simulation and Development Directorate (SSDD) has designed and developed the system to work with the CAPT hardware. Due to the unique nature of this hardware, this specific CAPT item is required for the system to function correctly.
