PLEASE NOTE: This is a total small business set aside (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), Minority Owned, Women Owned and Hub Zone) This is a solicitation for a firm to develop and implement a Patient Centered Care (PCC) New Employee Orientation Program (NEO) at the Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. This RFP is open for full-and-open competition after exclusion of sources for total small business set aside (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), Minority Owned, Women Owned and Hub Zone) ************************************************************************************ The applicable NAICS code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $10.00M.This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The purpose of this notice is to solicit offerors capable of providing the services as described in the attached solicitation and SOW The Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) is seeking a firm to develop and enhance its New Employee Orientation program surrounding Patient Centered Care principles All deliverables are to be in accordance with the solicitation Statement of work (SOW) as described in the attached solicitation document. Interested vendors must provide an offer in accordance with the SOW and the factors specified in Section E of the solicitation. The resulting contract will be subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format following. Please refer to those pages for specifications. ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation no later than Friday July 26th, 2013 at 10AM EST to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted in writing. All responses will be posted to FBO. Questions not received by the question submission deadline may not be considered*** All proposals must be submitted as described in the solicitation including a hard copy signed S1449.
