Attachment 3 - C-Channel Drawing Attachment 2 - 2M Barrier Drawing Attachment 1 - Jersey Barrier Drawing RFQ - Bunkes and Barriers FA5709-13-T-0035 SF 1449 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. You're bidding on a contract 10 Jersey Barriers, 48 2M Barriers, & 38 C-Channels (See attached drawings) and the cost of shipping to Thumrait AB, Oman. Your quotes should be for the CLINS listed on the attached Request for quote and the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF 1449). This solicitation will only be available via the internet at the following address: http://www.FBO.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor the site to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. This requirement has been set aside for the local economy. Formal questions are due via e-mail no later than four (4) calendar days before the closing of this solicitation.
