- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to negotiate one, forty-eight month period of performance and two, one-year option period Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Enterprise Storage Service (ESS II) contract. This is a follow-on effort to contract HC1013-07-D2009 for capacity storage services. The contract ceiling will be $427M with a minimum guaranteed contract amount of $100K. The place of performance is all DISA CONUS and OCONUS supported sites. The solicitation number for this proposed contract action is HC1028-13-R-0015. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is 16 July 2013. ***This notice to post RFP HC102813R0015 for ESS II is hereby postponed until after September 30, 2013 - fiscal year end. A revised date for the release of the solicitation will be forthcoming.***
