- Description
- Amendment 2 The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to provide Questions and Answers that were addressed during a site visit at the NIST Gaithersburg campus. Q: How should the service calls for emergency repairs be priced? A: Section B.3 of the Statement of Work under line item 0001 stipulates that onsite repairs for DI water systems shall be provided within 24 hours of a telephonic request. The labor for a potential emergency repair shall be included in the line item 0001 price. Any additional materials will be procured separately. While past history is not a perfect indicator, there have been 2 emergency repairs over the last 5 years. END OF TEXT.
