- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide all labor material and equipment necessary to transport large wood debris around Howard Hanson Dam in King County, Washington, during the period of August 15, 2013 thru September 30, 3013, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) entitled quote mark Howard Hanson Dam Transport of Large Wood Debris and Placement in Green River quote mark.
