- Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: 1. Replace 'Attachment 4' with 'Revised Attachment 4' to extend the due date of the Past Performance Questionnaire from 5:00pm EST, July 30, 2013, to 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013. •Offerors who have submitted 'Attachment 4' provided in the original solicitation are not required to resubmit 'Revised Attachment 4' to the Point of Contact (POC) for the Client, as only the due date has been updated. 2. Provide clarification of the following sections of the solicitation: •Section A.1., Corporate Capacity- Offerors who have submitted and received signed copies of the Corporate Capacity Table provided in the original solicitation are not required to resubmit the updated Corporate Capacity Table if the twenty-four month timeframe from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012 is provided. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: 1. Make changes to the following sections of the solicitation: * Section A.1, Corporate Capacity * Section A.1.2, Corporate Capacity Table 2. Extend the Offeror's due date from 5:00pm EST, July 30 2013 to 5:00pm EST, August 13, 2013. See attachments for revised solicitation.
