PRE- SOLICITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SICU The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement Construction for SICU - Vendor to provide all labor and materials to construct a new SICU addition on the top of the clinical addition of the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. This space is to become the new SICU. The project will include the construction contract documents prepared by Benham Architects and Engineers, NAICS code is 236220 is applicable to this solicitation. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000,.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
