- NPS VISITOR SURVEY CARD PROJECT Amendment 000003 is issued to: 1) Provide the questions and answers received to the solicitation; 2) Extend the base year period through November 30, 2014 and provide a revised SF1449 that reflects the extension of the base period through November 30 and subsequent revision of the twelve-month option year periods. 3) Amend the Section C: Statement of Work, tasks listed in Objective 2, and the major project milestone table; 4) Amend Section J: List of Attachments to provide an additional Attachment 6. 5) Amend Section L: Instructions to Offerors regarding the number of pages in the technical proposal, the use of the revised SF1449 and the acquisition of Wage Determination information. Notice: Offerors are responsible to confirm receipt of your electronic offer in FedConnect prior to the closing date.
