Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-13-T-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition (no set-aside used). NAICS for determination of size status is 333923. CLIN 0001: 10 TON HALF GANTRY CRANE SYSTEM, 1 EA. The Vendor will furnish and install a 10 Ton Half Gantry Crane, install support columns and runway on North wall 75 Feet long with quote mark inch plate on floor for the trackless wheel system already installed in Bldg #3560, Camp Shelby, MS 39407. After installation vendor will load test to 125% of capacity and provide appropriate documentation in accordance to the requirements of OSHA CFR 1910.179 and ANSIB30 standards. Load test reports will be issued to satisfy OSHA and ANSI record keeping requirements. CLIN 0002: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION-Bldg #3560, Camp Shelby, MS 39407 *See attached Statement of Work Include all applicable fees, including delivery (prepay & add is not acceptable); warranty information; and estimated delivery time, if different than requested.
