- Description
- The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract under solicitation number H92240-13-Q-9044 to Undersea Systems International, Inc. doing business as Ocean Technology Systems, 3133 West Harvard Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704. This procurement action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed action is for underwater communications equipment for use with existing systems to include 10 each EM-SW-1SM ear/mic assembly, 10 each SW-1000-SC diver transceiver, 2 each RCS-13 smart charger, and 2 each RCS-30 smart charger. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
