- Red River Army Depot is seeking interest from small business firms on the overhaul of Macleod Inc, Model WD6S Water Distributor, Semi-trailer Mounted, 6000 Gallon, NSN 3825-01-065-6221, and E.D. Etnyre Model 60PRS Water Distributor, Semi-trailer Mounted, 6000 Gallon, NSN 3825-01-297-3357, hereafter referred to as the Water Distributor. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, repair parts, supervision and all other items/services needed to repair Water Distributor in accordance with (IAW) Technical Manuals (TMs) 10/20 Standards to restore the Water Distributor to a Condition Code quote mark A quote mark. The Contractor shall provide proper disposal of all hazardous materials/waste generated from this refurbishment/modification program. Required delivery will be 30 calendar days from date asset is released to contractor. All inspections will take place at Red River Army Depot. The following items will be conducted during inspection: pump and spray test IAW spraying operations in applicable TMs to ensure all deficiencies have been corrected and the water distributor functions as designed, 10 mile road test, and final paint. Inadequate repairs shall be reworked at no additional cost until it passes the standards of this SOW and the technical publication. All welds shall be 100% visually examined for freedom from spatter, residue, cracks and porosity. The Contractor shall complete Final Inspection Record and Deficiency sheet for each Water Distributor. Any faults found during the final inspection will be corrected prior to the Water Distributor DD250 being stamped. There will be no award made off this sources sought this is only to seek information from contactors. Please submit letter of interest along with any past government awards.
