- AMENDMENT NOTICE: Solicitation Number W15QKN-13-T-0113 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of CelleBrite Software Licenses and Support in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is being issued quote mark UNRESTRICTED quote mark under NAICS code quote mark 334220 quote mark and small business size standard 750 employees. The resultant contract will be a competitively-awarded, firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. Offeror's must submit quotes on the full quantity identified. Award shall be made to a single offeror. This Solicitation is being issued pursuant to the quote mark Test Program for Certain Commercial Items quote mark (FAR Subpart 13.5). PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-68. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a Contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government - price and offer factors considered. The following evaluation criteria shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (consisting of acceptability of item(s) and price. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; The attached RFQ is provided for convenience and submission of quotes. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Supplies/services will be Inspected/Accepted by the Government at Free on Board Destination. Packaging will be in accordance with best commercial practices. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance shall be the US Army Criminal Investigation Command at 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134. REQUIRED RESPONSE DATE: Quotes MUST be received by 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 24 July 2013.
