Description

Karbon Arms Notice of Intent The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Karbon Arms, LLC, 4620 North Hale Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614 for the purchase of Karbon Arms Multi-Purpose Immobilization Devices, Cartridges, Karbon Arms Equipment and Training. Karbon Arms, LLC is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service to AF Security Forces. The proposed contract action is for commodities and service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 29 July 2013, 8:00 am CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
