- PSA-13-R-0007 EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 with elements of FAR Part 13 / FAR Part 15, and is supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to the attached RFP for detailed description of the requirement and relevant procedures. The Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA) requires the services for Emergency Notification System Services.
