- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks To Lease Office Space Providence, RI The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous, one-level office space consisting of a minimum of 11,128 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA SF) to a maximum of 11,685 ABOA SF. Proposed space must be above the first floor and must be served by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Zero (0) onsite parking spaces are required. Space must meet any and all requirement of the Request for Lease Proposals package and be located in Providence, RI, within the following delineated area: North: At the intersection of Smith Street and Orms Street head east on Orms Street to the intersection of Orms Street and Charles Street; East: Head south on Charles Street to Mill Street to North Main Street to South Main Street; head west on Point Street, south on South Main Street, west on Bridge Street, and continue to Point Street; head south on Eddy Street to Allen's Avenue to Narragansett Boulevard to the intersection of Montgomery Street; South: Head west on Montgomery Street to the intersection with Broad Street; West: Head north on Broad Street; continue north on Cahir Street to Dean Street to Pleasant Valley Parkway; head east on Valley Street to Orms Street to the intersection with Smith Street. Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm, should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM Eastern, July 31, 2013 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) Legal description 3) Drawing of space offered 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet Offered 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. Please include reference to 2RI0037.
