- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Tenant Contracting Division), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Calgon Carbon, 400 Calgon Carbon Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. The contractor shall deliver 30,000 lbs of Carbon, Activated, Impregnated, Copper-Silver-Zinc-Molybdenum-Triethylenediamine (ASZM-TEDA_ 12 x 30 that meet MIL-DTL-32101 standards. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 325998 and the size standard is 500 people. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing via email, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than noon, Eastern Daylight Time, August 7, 2013. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
