Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the Office of Information and Technology. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to Software AG Government Solutions, Inc., 11190 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. This action consists of annual software maintenance support to Software AG Products. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 6.302-1 entitled, "Only Once Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 size standard of $35.5M. The estimated date of award for this action is September 30, 2013.
