- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 073613A831 Brand Name or equal items are acceptable for this procurement. If an equal item is proposed specs must be included with the quote to show that it is an equal item. Quotation shall provide a point-by-point comparison to each item listed in the below mandatory technical specifications. A general overview, general comparison, or statement such as "able to provide the requirements" or "meets or exceeds minimum requirements" is unacceptable and will not be evaluated for potential acceptance FBI's ERT Unit is seeking to procure the below items that meets the following mandatory technical specification: 1. Part# 1010590 Bladder,Water/sand for use with/shelter on hard surface QTY 72 each ***In order to be considered for award the offeror must provide all required supplies to the exact specification listed above*** Award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable price quote. Shipping: All Items shall be shipped to-1000 Falls Run Drive Fredericksburg, VA 22406 Submission of Quotes: All quotes must be submitted via e-mail to Contracts Specialist at Montarious.Usher@ic.fbi.gov no later than July 24, 2013 at 010:00 am is Eastern Standard Time. Quotes will be evaluated lowest price technically acceptable. Contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Parts 12 and 13. All contractors anticipating award, must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. This solicitation incorporates several clauses by reference.
