The solicitation is anticipated to be released in 3rd Quarter FY13. The anticipated award date is September 2013. The United States Air Force seeks to procure a digital video transmission system to replace legacy analog video transmission systems in the USAF inventory. This digital video transmission system will augment current surveillance equipment by providing consolidated digital signal transmission and encryption/decryption. Interested vendors should submit information if they can provide the following product or a similar product with the same salient characteristics: 1 each Solo4 NanoVue Receiver; 1 each NETNNVIPUP- License Receiver Streaming Upgrade for NanoVue; 1 each RX-UN- OEM Receiver PCB Licenses; 1 each Video Microwave Digital Transmitter; 1 each NNVBAT NanoVue Battery Pack; 1 each AES256RX-AES 256 Bit Decryption Receiver; and1 each AES256TX- AES Transmitter 256 Bit Encryption. The Solo4 NanoVue Receiver is a fully portable digital diversity receiver. NanoVue incorporates a high resolution daylight viewable video touch screen with digital diversity receiver and antennas with optional clip-on battery in a robust and compact lightweight housing. The Solo4 NanoVue receiver operates in a variety of transmission bandwidths enabling the user to trade off image quality against range, to suit all types of missions. The Solo4 receiver can operate in the 2.5MHz, 1.25MHz and 625 kHz narrow bandwidth modes. The VMD is a small transmitter with a user selectable power output between 0-100 mW. This unit is ideal for bodyworn covert and shorter range applications. The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for a digital video transmission system consisting of the following Brand Name or Equal parts: 1.
