- Conformed Solicitation through Amendment 0002 Attachments S1 - S6 Amendment 0002 SF 30 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue solicitation N00024-13-R-4408 to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with provisions to issue Cost Type and Firm-Fixed Price delivery orders to complete scheduled, continuous and emergent maintenance, modernization and repair availabilities on DDG 51 and CG 47 Class ships home-ported and visiting San Diego, CA. Each contract will include a base year and one twelve-month option period. The total maximum value of all delivery orders performed under the MAC shall not exceed $35 million (base and option periods). When issued, the solicitation will be available in electronic media only and can be downloaded free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at https://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fbo.gov under pre-solicitation notice N00024-13-R-4408. There will be no paper copies of the solicitation issued. Amendments will be posted on the FBO and NECO websites for downloading. This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement.
