- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The original solicitation N00604-13-T-3096 was posted through the Navy Electronic Business Opportunities website known as NECO, however, the website at www.navy.neco.mil was unavailable at conclusion of the RFQ period. Solicitation N00604-13-T-3096 has been cancelled and has been reposted with solicitation N00604-13-T-3102. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFP number is N00604-13-T-3102. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-68 and DFARS Change Notice 20121231. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 811219 and the Small Business Standard is $7.0 million dollars. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 - Repair and Test Equipment Calibration for 45 pieces of equipment IAW the Performance Work Statement. Delivery Location is Submarine Surveilance Equipment Program (ESM), 1130 Bole Loop, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
