- Zion National Park, Seal Coat Asphalt (red in color) The Contractor shall be responsible for measurements, baseline square footage and shall furnish all stakes, templates, tools, materials and labor to accomplish the job. The existing asphalt at Zion National Park may require some light sweeping and blowing off loose or recent debris. No crack sealing or weeding will be involved and no stripping.
