- The purpose of the amendment is to clarify pricing for CLINs 0004 - 4007 Contractor support services to administer the consensus committee process, and provide technical and administrative resources to support a consensus standards development committee in its legislative mandate to provide periodic recommendations on the Federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act and the procedural and enforcement regulations. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the solicitation response date from July 23, 2013 to July 26, 2013.
