- Attachment C - Davis Bacon Wage Determination Attachment B - Contract Plans Attachment A - Contract Specifications Solicitation FBO Amendment dated 7/24/13 uploads the Invitation for Bids (IFB) solicitation. Formal bid opening will be at the location identified in block 8 of the Standard Form 1442. Attendance at the bid opening is not required, though all bid documents are required to be submitted before the bid opening time of 2:00 pm Central on 8/22/13. Bids may not be submitted by fax or email. See section M of the solicitation for a list of items to be included with the bid in order to be considered responsive. The USDA Forest Service, Lake States Acquisition Team, announces an opportunity for the Lake Michigan Recreational Area Forest Road (FR) 5629 and FR 5972 Rehabilitation project on the Huron-Manistee National Forest. The project consists of improvements to forest roadways FR 5629 and FR 5972. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, shouldering, trenching, cold milling HMA surface, placing HMA, pavement marking, temporary traffic control and slope restoration. Project is located in Sections 19 & 30, T20N, R17W and Sections 23, 24 & 25, T20N, R18W, Mason County, Michigan. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 and the Small Business Administration size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about July 24, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation.
