- FA2550-13-R-8000-0002 DD 254 Attachment 2 (24Jul13) FA2550-13-R-8000-0002 PWS Attachment 1 (24Jul13) FA2550-13-R-8000-0002 The purpose of amendment FA2550-13-R-8000-0002 is to make revisions to the following: the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the DD 254. In accordance with PWS paragraphs 1.13.1 and 1.18, all personnel are required by the Government to have access to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and must have current TS clearance with SCI eligibility at the time contract performance begins. If this change affects your technical proposal, please submit your revised technical proposal by 9:30 am MST on Thursday, 25 July 13.
