- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ# HE1AA-Q-13-0063, is for commercial items and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS)423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. GSA requires one year license and maintenance support for the Check Marx Code Scanning tool. The period of performance will be from Date of Award (DOA) for (twelve) 12 consecutive months. Offeror shall provide a quote for the following Items: 1. Qty One (1), Cx-Single-P - Single user perpetual license with 4-hour remote training. 2. Qty One (1), Cx-Single-P -Single user perpetual license with remote training - for COOP emergency only used when the first license is not available. 3. Qty One (1), Cx-Single-M - Annual maintenance for Single User. 4. Qty One (1), Cx-Scan-Integration-Kit. 5. Qty One (1), Cx-Reviewer-P - Perpetual license for a user authorized to review scan results. 6. Qty One (1), Cx-Reviewer-M - Annual maintenance for Cx-Reviewer-P. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in www.SAM.gov, with completed representations and certifications. 4. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the offeror representing the lowest price technically responsive. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion.
