This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number H92257-13-Q-0084 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130710. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Offers received from concerns that are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as a small business concern under NAICS 334118 shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command has a requirement for the following: The Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command requires the following: CLIN0001 - PA-2020 Palo Alto Networks Quantity 2 CLIN0002 - Shipping Equal products will be considered and evaluated based on technical capability and price. This requirement will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
