- This amendment extends the solicitation deadline until 11:45 AM 6 August 2013 and modifies CLINS 0002 and 1002. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **This Notice was originally posted as N0018913RZ078** FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to procure research services to supply administrative support to the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) “Troops to Teachers†program. This solicitation will be issued as an RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. We anticipate award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside with a POP of 28 August 2013- 27 August 2014. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 10 July 2013.
