- The EPA intends to enter into a sole source contractract for a five (5) year period with TechSolutions for a Licensing Agreement and Maintenance/Update Agreement for their software which has been previously purchased by the agency under a competitive procurement, and is proprietary to that company. There will also be some training in the first year of the contract for employees that have not yet been trained on the software. This software is used by the Office of Civil Rights to produce a variety of reports required by Congress and other legislative acts. There is currently no solication document available. If you believe that you can meet the requirements of the notice, you must submit your information with the proof to Tina M Nevitt, Contracting Officer no later than 11:00am Wednesday July 31, 2013.
