- Total Small Business Set-aside Janitorial services to cover 3,700 square feet of usable space located at 1030 North Poplar Suite B, Casper, Wyoming. Services will be conducted 52 weeks per year with services being performed twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 3:00PM and 4:30PM; (Note: If service days fall on federal holidays then service days will be changed for that week.) 4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT WORK. The following tasks will be completed. a.Vacuum all carpeted floor to include offices when available. (Note this task is to be completed during the hours of 4:00PM and 4:30PM.) b.Empty all trash cans and replace liners c.Clean and sanitize restrooms. d.Sweep and mop all tile floors e.Wipe down or dust all accessible flat surfaces. f.Sweep outside front entry. g.Clean front entryway glass. All services will be provided in accordance with Building Owners and Managers Association Standards (BOMA), Industrial Standards, Federal, State and Local codes and requirements. Any conflict shall be resolved by applying the stricter standard. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 25, 2013
