- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in these specifications for Projects No. ZNRE 13-6010, Repair Caps and Roof for DMA HQ, B3266, Yokota AB, Japan. The project is not limited to demolition work but includes all the other related works in accordance with the project statement of work and specifications. The magnitude of this project is expected less than ¥2,060,088, in accordance with FAR 36.204 (a), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. For more details will be posted when determined. Please fax or e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. The site visit is scheduled on 31 Jul 13 at 0900 hours. If you need to attend the site visit and do not have the base pass, please contact Ms Okumura by an email to: yoshie.okumura.jp@us.af.mil by noon of 30 Jul 13 for preparation to obtain the pass. You must bring the proper picture identification (valid passport or driver's lisence with two 4 digit password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper insurance docuemnts. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
