- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District has a requirement for the Conversion of drawings from.pdf or hardcopy format to AutoCad Files in support of the Cooper River Rediversion Project located in St. Stephen, South Carolina. Solicitation Number W912HP-13-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million. This requirement is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. All parties must be registered with SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) at time of award. The system for award management (SAM) is a free web-site which consolidates Federal Procurement systems and the catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance. Currently CCR, FED REG, ORCA AND EPLS have been migrated into same. 1 AUG 2012. Proposals are due June 27, 2013 2:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time.
