- **PLEASE NOTE THE CORRECTED EMAIL ADDRESS AND TIME RESPONSES ARE DUE.** SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLATION PROJECT, EPA'S REGION 9, SAN FRANCISCO, CA This is a sources sought notice ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up requests. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), Office of Administration, Security Management Division (SMD) is performing market research to identify Small Businesses who can perform the upgrade of the legacy security systems for the Physical Access Control System (PACS), Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV), and the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) simultaneously during the phased construction in the EPA's facility in San Francisco, CA. The work is further detailed in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) below. The potential period of performance for this contract is five (5) years. Interested parties may submit a brief capability statement, no more than five (5) single-sided pages, demonstrating how they are capable of meeting this requirement. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Statement of Work will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Feedback and/or evaluation information will not be provided to any firm regarding their individual capability statements. Telephone calls, facsimiles, and/or requests for a solicitation will not be accepted or acknowledged. The capability statement should include the following: (1) Name of business; (2) Contact information (address, telephone, facsimile, e-mail, website address); (3) DUNS number, business size and classification; (4) Technical description of ability to meet the requirement (description should address technical competencies, and organizational experience relative to the key task areas in the draft Statement of Work); (5) Discussion of any potenti ally significant organizational conflicts of interest; (6) Any comments or concerns regarding draft Statement of Work or subject procurement. Due to the urgency of this procurement, responses are due by 4:00 PM EST, 30 July 2013 and shall be sent via email to Jackson.Benita @epa.gov.
