- The original date for questions was 7/23/2013, that date has been revised: FROM: L.5 SPECIAL NOTICES 1. Questions concerning this Solicitation shall be submitted, via e-mail, to Wendell V. Crowder at NHTSAOAM@dot.gov by no later than 14:30 p.m. EST on July 23, 2013. Questions and answers will be available on website www.fbo.gov under the solicitation number DTNH22-13-R-00645, entitled, "Solicitation Questions and Answers," by no later than July 30, 2013 2. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of amendments, if any, to the Solicitation. Accordingly, offerors should pay attention to Block 14, Acknowledgement of Amendments, of Standard Form 33, Offer and Award, for guidance in complying with this requirement.
