- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Precision Instruments and Implant Supplies for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The list includes, but is not limited to the attached product list. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be effective 30 AUG 2013 through 29 AUG 2018. The NAICS code is 339112. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office via email to Jadie Tom (karen.j.tom.civ@mail.mil). TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the all items listed however, not limited to, along with a current price list for the items.
