- Solicitation Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction Under any Federal Law This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is EE-133F-13-RQ-0633. This synopsis/solicitation constitutes a RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-68 dated June 26, 2013. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. This RFQ is for "Brand Name or Equal" product. This is 100% set aside for small business and will be awarded as a firm fixed price purchase order. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 which has a corresponding business size standard of 500 employees. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries, Northeast Fisheries Science Center's Ecosystems Survey Branch has a requirement to provide and install trawl sensors. The RFQ is attached and the quoted product(s) must meet the specifications for the Notus Trawlmaster single trawl system. The Request for Quotation and specifications are attached. This purchase order will be awarded as firm fixed price. Bids will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
