Description
The Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO) is providing the quality assurance/quality control and construction inspection for the construction of the Navajo Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP). The Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project is a major infrastructure project that once constructed, will convey a reliable municipal and industrial water supply from the San Juan River to the eastern section of the Navajo Nation, southwestern portion of the Jicarilla Apache Nation, and the city of Gallup, New Mexico via about 280 miles of pipeline, several pumping plants, and two water treatment plants. The scope of the work is to disassemble an existing 24 foot wide by 64 foot long double wide inspection trailer, a 14 foot wide by 70 foot long single wide trailer, and a 24 foot wide by 45 foot long double wide located in Durango, Colorado, transport the 24 x 64 ft double wide and the 14 x 70 single wide trailers to land currently under lease to the US Bureau of Reclamation, located at R.A. #38 Yah Ta Hey Loop, New Mexico, and re-assemble, level, hook up utilities and skirt both trailers. The 24 ft. x 45 ft double wide trailer is to be transported to the US Bureau of Reclamation office, located at 1235 La Plata Hwy, Farmington New Mexico, 87401; and, re-assemble and re-skirt. No utility hook-ups will be accomplished at the La Plata Hwy location. Installing the construction trailers at a permanent location is a preferred set-up over erecting the construction trailers along the Right of Way (ROW) to avoid multiple costs tear down, move the trailers to another location and set the trailers back up once each contract has been completed. NAICS is 484220 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. PSC is V999. Prospective offers must be registered and must maintain an active registration, in the SAM at www.sam.gov.
