Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to KREISERS, INC. (a small business), of Sioux Falls, SD, for the procurement of 'Custom Sterile Surgical Packs' deliverable to multiple sites throughout VISN 23, Department of Veterans Affairs, as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code # 423450, with a size standard of 100 employees, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 3 August 2013.
